A Transformative Journey
Consider climbing a mountain without training for the change in elevation or without the food, water, and gear you needed. Walking through life during or after a life-changing event shouldn't be any different. Seeking a professional to serve as your 'sherpa' should be as natural as signing up for a guide before hiking across challenging terrain you have never navigated before. Therapy is designed to be an empowering opportunity for taking intentional steps towards wellness while also utilizing one's own intuition for achieving their greatest potential.
Intuition. I believe that we are each given the gift of intuition – ‘that unexplained knowing’ that is embedded in our sensory experience. I prefer to think of intuition as a by-product of the 5 senses, combined...an internal compass, if you will. I find it meaningful to assist clients in recognizing their unique strengths and resources for overcoming the most impactful of circumstances, where they can shift from surviving to thriving.

I help individuals, couples, and families explore and enhance each of the 8 dimensions of wellness (SAMSHA.gov) by providing tailored interventions and strategies. This involves personalized sessions, practical exercises, and insightful guidance to foster growth and balance in all areas of life. This approach is designed to empower you to take control of your well-being and lead a more fulfilling existence, personally and relationally.
